Babe Australia offers items to be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are eligible if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it including all original packaging.
We do not refund opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Exchanges in store are based on individual store terms & conditions.
Returned goods shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by Babe. Prior to returning your goods, you must email our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation number so we can approve your refund.
We will notify you once your returned package has been received.
The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracking service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
